Chewy tannins form its great structure carrying loads of black fruits, anise, raspberry and wisps of anise. The 2012 Pinot Noir Summit comes all from the Sta. Rita Hills and is a mix from Bentrock, Radian, Fiddlestix and Rancho La Vina. Completely destemmed and seeing 10 months in 30% new French oak, its a medium bodied, balanced and textbook Pinot Noir that
