and Cachapoal of which 923ha are IMO certified organic and the remaining 77 in conversion

On the palate it is fresh, with vibrant flavours and good tannic structure and a wood that subtly contributes with great finesse. This wine was aged in French oak barrels for 16 months. Cabernet Sauvignon is the most widely grown grape in the New World.
