Metanoia Signature Single Rye 18yo For this year’s bottlingDESCRIPTION A new small batch, core range expression from the Metanoia farm distillery in the Klein Karoo, introduced in April 2026 as part of their Klein Karoo Signature series. This single rye is produced on pot stills using a grain recipe (aka mashbill) of predominantly malted rye alongside malted barley, crafted in small batches of 2 to 4 casks. The inaugural batch 1 26 is matured for a minimum of 4 years in a combination of Rupert & Rothchild red
