It's adorned with numerous sparkly diamond pastes. The overall condition is good, the pastes are still sparkly with some minor discolouration as to be expected with age. It weighs approx. 5. 18g and the size dimensions are in the later photos. As to be expected with the items age, it isn't stamped hallmarked, it tests for high grade silver (800+).
