Based on your answers to our initial screening questionnaire, we encourage you to register and apply for assistance.

To be eligible for consideration you must:

  • Live/work in a community where we operate a Jack’s Family Restaurant
  • Have an emergencyfinancial need for an essential living expenses
  • Have need due to the direct result of an eligible, short-term/one-time hardship 
  • Provide documentation verifying your hardship, financial need and ability to be self-supporting moving forward
  • Not have received an award from us within the past 12 months

Meeting these guidelines does not guarantee assistance will be granted, only that your request will be considered.
